This presentation will provide an update on the status of U.S. trade agreements currently under negotiation and the state of trade agreement-related legislation in the U.S. Congress and projections for the 2009 legislative session.

Learning Objectives:
Participants will be able to: 1. Identify the countries with which the U.S. is currently negotiating trade agreements, 2. Describe the current status of U.S. trade agreements under negotiation, 3. List at least two aspects of current trade agreements that are of concern to public health.
