Biographical Sketch: Melissa Gatchell is a PhD candidate in the Department of Health Services at UCLA. Melissa's research and dissertation focus on disparities in preventive care among low-income women. She is currently working on a grant that examines the role of safety net clinics in California on cervical cancer screening for low-income women.
