Biographical Sketch: Kathleen Baldwin PhD, RN is an Associate Professor and Director of the Central Illinois Regional Program at the University of Illinois Chicago, College of Nursing. Dr. Baldwin is Principal Investigator to the award-winning Advancing Public Health Nursing Education (APHNE) in Illinois HRSA grant. This project received recognition and was awarded the "Lillian Wald Service Award" at last year's APHA PHN Luncheon. Today's presentation is a report of one of the activities that made this project such a success.
