Biographical Sketch: Jana Peterson, MPH, PhD is the Health Disparities Research Coordinator at the Institute for Human Development at the University of Missouri - Kansas City. She earned a Master of Public Health degree and a PhD in Community and Behavioral Health from The University of Iowa. Dr. Peterson was formerly an Assistant Professor of Public Health & Preventive Medicine and researcher at the Oregon Institute for Disability and Development, Oregon Health & Science University, where the work presented today was conducted.
