Biographical Sketch: A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania three times over, Dr. Arzt brings a wide variety of skills and experience to bear on issues of technology in organizations. As a Senior Fellow and researcher at Penn, Dr. Arzt served as principal investigator and senior investigator on Federal, state and foundation grants and contracts. In 1997 Dr. Arzt launched his consulting company, HLN Consulting, LLC, which provides technical services and support to numerous public health agencies around the country. Dr. Arzt is a member of HIMSS, APHA, AIRA, and AMIA. He also serves on the Executive Board of the Public Health Data Standards Consortium.
