Biographical Sketch: Paul G. Whittaker – Brief Biosketch He is Associate Research Director for the Family Planning Council in Philadelphia, PA. He manages federally – funded research projects on contraception, sexual relationships and pregnancy/disease prevention amongst teens and young adults, using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. He also conducts evaluation of the Family Planning Council’s Title X programs and services in South-eastern Pennsylvania. He is a Section Councilor of the ‘Population, Reproductive and Sexual Health’ Section of the American Public Health Association and Chair of the Section’s ‘Men and Reproductive Health Task Force’.
