Biographical Sketch: Sally Fontamillas Shaw, DrPH, MPH, CHES is the Project Director for the Population Health Screening Program at Glendale Adventist Medical Center. Dr. Shaw has implemented population health screening programs for cardiovascular disease, asthma, diabetes, and childhood obesity. Her current research efforts are focused on the relationship between spirituality/religion and the development of cardiovascular disease. Dr. Shaw completed her undergraduate work at the University of California, Riverside and received her Masters and Doctorate degrees in Public Health from Loma Linda University.
