Biographical Sketch: Dr. Sarit Golub is Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Hunter College of the City University of New York (CUNY) and Co-Director for Research at the Center for HIV/AIDS Educational Studies and Training (CHEST). She is also a member of the doctoral faculty in the Neuropsychology and Social-Personality subprograms at the CUNY Graduate Center. Dr. Golub is PI of a NIDA-funded study investigating neurocognitive factors in the relationship between substance use and high-risk sexual behavior, and it Co-I on two NIDA funded HIV behavioral intervention trials. Dr. Golub has extensive experience in both HIV prevention and treatment and has consulted for has consulted for the NYS AIDS Institute, the Boston Public Health Commission, and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
