Biographical Sketch: Building upon the expertise of the project team, a partnership between Cleveland State University (CSU) and St. Vincent Charity Hospital was formed to conduct a CBPR project. Lena Grafton has a MPH and has worked extensively in the community supervising community health workers on numerous initiatives. Currently she is the Director of Community Outreach at St. Vincent Charity Hospital. Kendra Daniel received a Masters in Gerontological Studies and has worked in the field of nonprofits around advocacy issues for older adults. She is currently project coordinator at Cleveland State University and works closely with the community advisory committee through the CBPR initiative.
