Biographical Sketch:
Pamela M. Patterson, BSN, RN Pamela Patterson has been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years and with expertise in acute care settings, case management, and public health. Pamela’s background is diverse with her most recent role involving training, program development and education. She has a solid background as a professional nurse which has served to bridge the gap between acute care and public health care settings. In her role as a professional clinical coordinator she has demonstrated growth, achievements and leadership style which enhanced her management ability to handle complex issues and activities in the field of public health. She has demonstrated the ability to analyze, forecast and streamline operations and institute new program concepts. She has solid communication and interpersonal skills that enable her to effectively work, network, collaborate, negotiate and maintain a positive professional partnership with her staff, physicians and the outside community agencies. She has demonstrated proficiency in the management of a diverse range of complex departments. Pamela received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Texas Women’s University. Clemelia Humphrey Richardson, Ph.D., LCSW Dr. Richardson is a licensed clinical social worker with expertise in translating research into practice. With a diverse background in providing clinical and case management services to various individuals, families and groups, she has a wealth of experience on mental health service delivery in traditional and non-traditional environments. She has a solid background in bridging physical and mental health services through the application of current best practices and innovative strategies to address diverse needs of urban families including physical, mental, and social functioning. Dr. Richardson has a strong administrative background which includes program development, management and supervision of professionals providing an array of physical and mental health services. With excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as, a strong knowledge and skill foundation, she has a positive reputation as an effective trainer with both client and professional populations on various health related topics. Dr. Richardson received her Doctorate of Philosophy in Social Work from the University of Houston. She received her BA in Psychology and MSW from The University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Richardson is a Licensed Clinical Social Work in the state of Texas.
