Biographical Sketch: Mandy has an MPH in Epidemiology from the University of Michigan and is currently a PhD candidate in Epidemiology at the University of Minnesota studying the effects of tobacco control policies on alcohol use behaviors. Prior to returning to school for her PhD, Mandy worked full time at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as a researcher on the Alcohol and Public Health Team.
