Biographical Sketch: Dr. Woods is Assistant Research Psychologist at UC Riverside. She earned her Dr.P.H. degree in health education and promotion, social policy and social research from Loma Linda University (LLU) School of Public Health in 2005; her M.S.N. in community health nursing administration from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio. She has over 40 years of health related experiences. Dr. Woods conducts community engagement research, translational research and primary prevention health systems development driven by community and based on a social ecological framework. She is published in peer-reviewed journals.
