Biographical Sketch: Kaye Bender is the President and CEO of the Public Health Accreditation Board, a position she has held since January 2009 part-time and full-time since June 2009. Dr. Bender has over 26 years public health experience at the state and local levels and over 6 years experience as Dean of the University of MS Medical Center School of Nursing.
