Biographical Sketch:
Ann Elizabeth Montgomery is a Research Associate at the National Center on Homelessness among Veterans. She has conducted research and evaluation activities in a number of settings, with a focus on underserved populations including persons with HIV/AIDS, persons experiencing homelessness, and adults with co-occurring serious mental illness and substance-related disorders. Most recently, Dr. Montgomery’s work has focused on research, evaluation, and planning efforts related to supportive housing for special needs populations. She holds Master’s Degrees in Social Work and Public Administration from Columbia University, as well as a doctorate in Health Education and Health Promotion from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Public Health.
