Biographical Sketch: Ms. Amanda Smith is the current Project Director for Partners in D, a California statewide outreach and research program helping providers and underserved Medicare patients navigate Part D. This program is based out of the University of California, San Francisco School of Pharmacy. Ms. Smith earned a Master of Public Health, with a concentration in epidemiology, from San Diego State University. She also holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in biology and psychology from The Johns Hopkins University. Her research interests include chronic disease epidemiology and health services research, with a focus on health disparities among vulnerable populations.
