Biographical Sketch: Jessica Berg is Professor of Law, Professor of Bioethics and Professor of Public Health with a joint appointment in Case Western Reserve University’s Schools of Law and Medicine. She is the Associate Director of the Law-Medicine Center at Case. Among other things, she teaches Health Policy, Public Health Law and FDA Law.
