Biographical Sketch: Ronald W. Manderscheid, Ph.D., is currently the Executive Director of the National Association of County Behavioral Health and Developmental Disability Directors in Washington, DC. Concurrently, he is Adjunct Professor at the Department of Mental Health, Bloomberg School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins University, a Member of the Secretary of Health and Human Services Advisory Committee on Healthy People 2020, President-Elect of ACMHA—The College for Behavioral Health Leadership, and a consultant for SRA International. Dr. Manderscheid also serves on the boards of the Employee Assistance Research Foundation, the Danya Institute, the FrameWorks Institute and the Public Manager.
