Biographical Sketch: Crispin joined Health Policy and Planning at the San Mateo County Health System in November 2006. His major projects include the Countywide Cultural Competence Committee, The San Mateo County Projection model, and Diversity Film Series. Crispin oversees the Health System’s work related to linguistic access and improving the built environment through land use policies. Previously, Crispin served as a Policy Analyst for an applied health policy research unit of the University of California, Office of the President. He received bachelor degrees from UC Davis in International Relations and Spanish and his Master's in Public Policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at Berkeley.
