Biographical Sketch: Kevin McNally is the Coordinator of Training and Workforce Development in the Division of Health Infrastructure Preparedness and Emergency Response of the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services. In his 27 years with the State health department, he has been in program development and management positions in a number of programs, including Executive Assistant to the Director of the Office of Public Health Infrastructure. Mr. McNally has an MBA in Health Care Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has also been a member of the Executive Board of the New Jersey Public Health Association and chair of its Program Committee.
