Biographical Sketch: As a researcher, my professional experience as it relates to this continuing nursing education activity is: 20 plus years of research with migrant populations as Director of the National Agricultural Workers Survey including 10 years of collaboration with the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health doing health surveillance of farmworkers. Six years providing continuing education to health professionals providing survey findings on migrant and seasonal farmworkers including changing population demographics, information on work patterns, occupational health and safety and healthcare coverage, utilization and perceptions of quality and barriers to care.
