Biographical Sketch: Denise Drevdahl is an Associate Professor in the Nursing Program at the University of Washington, Tacoma. She received her master’s degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and her PhD from the University of Washington. Her research interests include issues around race/ethnicity and culture, the relationship between social justice and public health nursing, clinical trial decision making, and RN decision making with respect to pain medication administration in the ED.
