Biographical Sketch: Ms. Philipneri is an epidemiologist from the University of Toronto. She has worked in the areas of tobacco control, HIV prevention, and Cancer Communication in the US and Canada. Currently she is involved in monitoring and surveillance of tobacco control indicators at the Ontario Tobacco Research Unit. She is also a PhD candidate in Health Research Methods.
