Biographical Sketch: Susan Whiting, a Professor of Nutrition at the University of Saskatchewan, teaches in the undergraduate program and in the Masters and PhD nutrition program. Her research concerns dietary intake and quality and risk of chronic disease. She is a consultant to the Scientific Advisory Board of Osteoporosis Canada, the Institute of Medicine, and is on three international journal editorial boards.
