Biographical Sketch: Rebecca Braun is a Lead Program Manager with the California Family Health Council. She directs the Hookup, an innovative project using mobile technology to facilitate youth access to sexual health education and services. She is a DrPH student at UC Berkeley and the inaugural Bixby Doctoral Fellow in Family Planning and Population.
