Biographical Sketch: Cheryl E. Easley, Ph.D., R.N., F.R.S.P.H Cheryl Easley has been Dean of the College of Health & Social Welfare at the University of Alaska Anchorage since 2003. She is a member of the Public Health Nursing Section of APHA and has served on the International Human Rights Committee, the Education and Executive Boards, and the Joint Policy Committee. She is currently the Immediate Past President. Dr. Easley has written and spoken on the intersections of health disparities.
