Whitney School of Nursing at the University of Wyoming. Importantly, I served as dean/ director of nursing education programs for more than 10 years. As president of the Association of Community Health Nurse Educators, I planned and coordinated the mission and vision of the organization including multiple continuing education events. As chair of the Idaho Commission for Nursing and Nursing Education, I coordinated one of the national rural nursing workforce initiatives funded by RWJ Colleagues in Caring. I have served on multiple review panels related to nursing education and educational nursing workforce initiatives at the federal level. I am a graduate of the RWJ Nurse Executive Fellowship [1999 Cohort] and serve on the Board of the RWJ Alumni Association.
