Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have 30 years of experience as tenured faculty member teaching undergraduate courses in public health, medical/public health ethics and law, and US health care systems; author/editor of two books and over 50 articles and professional association presentations and moderation of sessions (including during my 30 year tenure as an APHA member participating and attending every annual meeting during that time except one). I am qualified to be planning, coordinating or organizing because I have served as a conference organizer of local, state, and national meetings in the past, as well as organized and planned educational programs and courses. Past chair of the APHA CoA and ex-officio member of the Executive Board; founder and past chair of APHA Ethics Forum; founder and two-term president of New Hampshire Public Health Association.
