Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I earned a PhD in Epidemiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a MPH in Epidemiology from Emory University. Additionally, I was an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. I have worked as an Epidemiologist at the CDC for over 17 years. I am currently serving as the Deputy Associate Director for Science in the Division of Adult and Community Health and am responsible for conducting a scientific review of all types of information products, including scientific manuscripts, book chapters, abstracts, web pages, etc.
