Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have a Master's in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley. Upon completing my Masters Degree, I worked for the California Policy Research Center, where I was instrumental in evaluating and funding numerous applied health policy research grants. Since November 2006, I have worked at the San Mateo County Health Deparment undertaking several research projects, managing external research consultants, submitting journal extracts, presenting research in various settings, and providing recommendations to the Board of Supervisors on various topics.
