Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: For the past 12 years I have worked in the area of public health leadership development. Most recently I was the Director of the National Public Health Leadership Institute, which is based at the University of North Carolina, School of Public Health. I currently serve as a consultant and an Action Learning Coach for the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). Specifically, I am involved in the RWJF-CCL Ladder to Leadership Program. This program targets the next generation of community health leaders. I have presented information on the topic of Generational Leadership to public health leaders from across the country for the last two years.
