Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I have a BS (summa cum laude) in Sociology from Westminster College in Salt Lake City. I am the Executive Director for the Great Basin Public Health Leadership Institute, and this is one of the seminar topics for our program. I served as the moderator at a similar session at APHA last year, and I've moderated calls on this same topic for our Institute. I was the person who developed the concept for this session and put together our panel of subject matter experts. I've moderated/presented at over 20 APHA sessions since 1994.
