Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am a Physician, the Medical Director of the Center for Cancer Surveillance and Control, and the lead person in the Maryland colorectal cancer screening program for low income, uninsured people in Maryland funded under the Cigarette Restitution Fund Program. We designed the input from our cancer screening program, and we perform the analyses for quality assurance and for program evaluation for our screening program. I have presented previously on this topic at local meetings, at the CDC Cancer Conference, and at the International Cancer Conference.
