This is a session that focuses on the indispensable role good mentoring plays in career development, particularly for junior investigators. The presentations will elucidate qualities of good mentoring and strategize about how to maximize it.
Session Objectives: Please see individual submissions. Learners will be able to identify mentoring qualities and sources, and to articulate the value of having mentors guiding one's career.
