209.0 Leadership Advocacy Training

This invitation-only advocacy training session will feature a panel of advocacy experts who will teach APHA leaders about advocacy, the role of technology, best practices, and offer time for small groups to brainstorm and share information on their past efforts. We view this as an excellent opportunity for APHA leaders to become successful public health advocates. Our hope is that trained leaders will return to their sections and affiliates with the resolve and ability to inspire and train others to be public health advocates.
