Podiatric physicians and surgeons participate in many humanitarian and mission projects throughout the world. This program will review some experiences by participants to identify the need and challenges faced in working within these programs. Hopefully, this will encourage the development of more programs of this nature.
Session Objectives: Discuss humanitarian and mission projects. Review challenges in doing mission projects. Develop knowledge to participate in humanitarian projects.
