Participants will have the opportunity to discuss with each presenter how CHW are being utilized within their organization. They can learn about their role, funding, the benefits CHW bring. Develop a strategy to employing a CHW within your own organization.
Session Objectives: 1. Discover 10 different programs who use CHWs. 2. Learn about the effectiveness these CHWs have for the programs and the communities they serve. 3. Develop a role for a community health worker within your organization by learning about other programs that employ them.
