A panel of Leadership Institute graduates will present selected individual and/or team projects in an oral format that have made an impact in their community and/or agency and demostrated excellence in public health leadership. As a requirement of the Leadership Institute curriculum, each scholar completes a personal or team project and/or case study in their community or home agency. These individuals were selected to represent their Institute and have gone through an intensive national selection process in order to be presented with the Tom Balderson Leadership Project Award honors.
Session Objectives: Understand various approaches and methods used to apply leadership principles in public health practice settings
