Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am qualified to be a presenter because of my MSN in Family and Community Health Nursing and my 37+ years in public health/community health nursing practice and education. In addition, service on Congress of Nursing Practice and Economics and member of Quad Council of Public Health Nursing Organizations. I am also a public health nurse in the USAR where environmental issues are paramount for the health of soldiers and families.
