The National Children's Study presents an enormous opportunity for the public health and environmental research community. In addition to assessing the core hypotheses for the study design, the study will produce a public use data set that will be available for analysis by the research community. Additionally there is a process for development of adjunct studies, in collaboration with members of the NCS Steering Committee (university study centers across the US and certain government scientists). This talk will address the processes by which such studies may be developed and approved as well as potential research questions that could be addressed.

Learning Objectives:
Assess the research opportunities associated with access to data and specimens.
