This presentation provides an overview of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania state-wide Nurse-Family Partnership initiative. The roles and responsibilities of the Senior Program Officer are outlined. The relationship with the Nurse-Family Partnership National Service Office and the Commonwealth is described. Detail regarding NSO's implementation and expansion initiatives is provided. Lessons learned regarding this state-wide initiative are shared.
