Presenting author's disclosure statement:

Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am a clinical assistant professor in the Gillings School of Global Public Health at UNC-Chapel Hill. Since 2005 I have been teaching MPH students and public health practitioners about the field of Public Health Finance. The use of financial ratios is an important strategy to help Local Public Health Agencies (LPHA) acquire, use, and manage their financial resources. I have introduced the financial ratios for public health agencies in multiple settings. The Florida Department of Health recently populated the ratios for 60 of their 67 LPHAs.
