Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: I am presenting on the processes of doing a State public health System Assessment using CDC's NPHPSP tool, of which I did in a two day conference in the State of CT and was the lead facilitator for the commissioner. I presented this topic recently at the NPHPS training sponsored by ASTHO, in OH.
