Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: During the past 11 years of my career as an Environmental Scientist at the Us Environmental Protection Agency, I have served as a meeting planner, session organizer, and session moderator on numerous occasions. I have many years of experience working on the topic of pharmaceuticals in the environment. I have been, and continue to be, heavily involved in the sceintific and not-so-scientific efforts to develop ways to prevent substances such as pharmaceuticals, personal care products and other emerging contaminants from entering the environment. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of New Orleans and a Master of Science in Public Health from Tulane University in New Orleans.
