Qualified on the content I am responsible for because: My research program centers on racial discrimination and health with particular emphasis on the intersection between mental and physical health outcomes. I have published manuscripts focused on both discrimination and racism and health and continue to work in the area. For example, I am currently Co-investigator of a project examining racial discrimination, racial identity, depression, and cardiovascular outcomes among Black men.
I received my PhD in Health and Social Policy from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
