I have also been a moderator at APHA in the past. I have moderated at conferences sponsored by CMS HBCU and Hispanic Health Services Research Grant Programs conferences. I provide technical and administrative guidance, leadership, and scientific direction related to health services and health disparities issues for CMS' African American and Hispanic American beneficiaries. I also present on minority health services issues at conferences and seminars not sponsored by CMS.
