I have 30 years of experience in Public Health Administration. My current position is both the Director of a Public Health Center and the Administrator of the Department Institutional Review Board. I have been responsible for drafting the requests for proposals and operating procedures in the transition from a direct service provider to a contractor of services for injured City employees. I have been responsible for conducting trainings that have included "The Exceptional Supervisor," Public Health 101 for staff, and How to navigate the City System for providers of care. I have been responsible for numerous patient flow and work flow analyses to help direct changes to operating procedures and resource allocation.
