I have worked as an Improvement Advisor with the North Carolina Center for Children's Healthcare Improvement and the National Initiative for Children's Healthcare Quality. I was a public health practitioner in Florida for 19 years and was director of the Florida Putnam County Health Department from 1992-2002.
