You need to know your strengths and weaknesses and how to develop your strengths and manage your weaknesses. You want to build a career that honors what you value and are passionate about. This interactive session is for anyone wanting to explore a future in health administration or share their wisdom about their own professional path. Learn from each other, network, leave with a little more wisdom than you came with.
Session Objectives: Describe important steps in building a career as a health administrator or manager. Articulate challenges and opportunities and strategies to assist you in building a career Identify careers of interest, methods for building a network, and opportunities in the field of health administration.
