This session helps you understand the importance of building your portfolio through active volunteer work. The Health Administration Section is one place to build new skills, make new relationships, gain experience and learn about organizational structure and politics. This session will provide an opportunity for students and professionals to explore opportunities to become involved, take on leadership roles, and provide input to Section leadership.
Session Objectives: Describe what a good professional portfolio includes. Explain the volunteer opportunities in the Health Administration Section. Articulate a plan for their own professional growth.
