This session presents recent findings on gay and bisexual men’s health. Papers describe the development of a health policy agenda, insights on identity and associated behaviors, and gay men’s knowledge and acceptability of HPV vaccine. Overall, this session provides participants with a fuller understanding of the health concerns of gay and bisexual men, with suggestions for intervention points.
Session Objectives: 1. List various identities expressed by gay and bisexual men and describe how they may determine behavioral risks. 2. Discuss components of a Gay Men’s Health Agenda 3. Describe correlates of HPV vaccine acceptability.
